We stitch all goods ourselves, please allow 28 days from order to despatch of the goods.

For cage covers please allow 8 weeks.

In the event of delay we will endeavour to keep you informed. If there is a time constraint, to avoid disappointment, please discuss before placing your order.

Returns: Returns are accepted, after discussion  on defective goods. Goods proved to be faulty will be exchanged strictly with like for like. No Exception. This means the same size and the same colour and with the same embroidery as originally ordered.

If we have made an error the error will be  remedied strictly like for like against the original order.  This means the same size and the same colour and with the same embroidery as originally ordered.

We despatch all goods in the UK by First Class Recorded Post or by carrier for larger orders.

The prices currently listed on the web pages are inclusive of postage in the UK.
